Katie and myself went to Zest fairly early this morning today. It was time to practice, darts for real. To be honest, neither of us can play that well, having not really thrown a dart in our lives before; we didn't do too badly. With 33 for me and 38 for Katie to go, Katie managed to get a double 19, winning our match. After a couple of coffee's and some fresh orange juice for me, we were done, leaving to go shopping at Lidl. Back to Zest tomorrow, same time and place for a rematch, before the game on Wednesday!
Think I sort of got an apology out of Jamie today, in a roundabout sort of way. Still his hangover will teach him the hardest lesson!
Had a lovely Dinner, Beef Stroganoff, as Lidl had an offer on Sirloin. 3.15€. Jamie looked a bit puzzled, as this kind of food goes down on his list, of foreign 'muck', that he never eats, but actually he seemed to enjoy it!
Just finished watching 'The Lost Boys' with my daughter and now 'Mamma Mia', feel good film. It is actually that film that made me want to move abroad. However Greece is nothing like Spain, so I'm not exactly living the dream. Still a few songs will cheer us up!
The nights are beginning to get cold now, so the cats are becoming more and more needy. As Lily gets older, she feels the cold a lot more, even in Spain!
Jamie got in at 5am this morning. I know that, because he woke me up when he came in drunk. Considering where he was last night, I'm surprised he made it up the hill alive and not head first down a ravine. I got up this morning, came downstairs; fans on, lights on and a trail of destruction.
I thought I'd take this video of him anyway. To be honest, he looked better than he usually does, just a little bit dilapidated!
