In March 2011 I have lost 24kg and was back in my size 12 jeans.

In October 2011 I was accredited as a CWP consultant, and started seeing my clients. They ranged from new mums to pensioners. I saw around 58 clients at the busiest times.

We relocated to Spain in July 2015, and then I took 2 years off to help the kids settle in school.

I was accredited as a consultant here in Spain in July 2017.
I therefor have the experience to help the British Expats, as I worked with them, and understand their way of living.

Now I am ready to build a team of consultants around me, spread the word of CWP and help people to “Get healthy and lose weight”.

Steve has signed some of the books; should you wish to request a special dedication, please message me, Luke Martin-Jones, using the contact form below and I will pass your requirements on to Steve. You can purchase a copy for 12'00€ or 11.00 GBP!

    Synopsis

Here are five magical stories (for 5 to 8 year olds) that will spark your child's imagination. Mia travels to the planet Mirth in her dreams and encounters the gnomes that live there and an array of strange-looking creatures. In the first story, she goes on safari, riding a rhinhorseros that is half horse and half rhino. She discovers the magical forest where toys grow on trees. In the second story, it's Jerome the gnome’s burpday party, which is celebrated on the anniversary of his first burp. The third story is the Mirth games where she runs in a backwards race and wins a gold medal. In the fourth story, Halloween, she rides a broomstick to the witch tree forest, where sweets grow on trees. The last story is the Mirthmas dinner where she has a magic dish. Whatever food she wishes for just appears in the dish. The gnomes have a sprout eating competition with a comical finale

    The Changing Scene!

    Picture

'When it rains, it certainly rains!'

Gran Alacant finally had a taste of winter yesterday. The heavens opened and the rain came down by the bucket load. Earlier in the day LoungeD paid host to the Monte Mar bowls and Social club and their international counterparts. We opened our doors at 9.30am, serving tea and coffee to all those who took park and would like to congratulate our home team for their success.

Luckily the Bowls club missed the worst of the weather, which hit Calle Holanda about 3pm, flooding roads, in a deluge of torrential rain. Trapped at LoungeD, I spent an interesting few hours, talking to cutomers. The people who live in Gran Alacant are friendly, open and always willing to pass the time of day, part of the reason we love living and working in this part of Spain.

The weather is changing as winter fast approaches. Daytime temperatures are still a pleasant 28-30 degrees, but at night there is a distinct chill in the air. I've put on the winter duvet, the cats are getting in bed each night and in a few weeks the electric blanket will be out.

I hope all our customers are enjoying the changing scene; we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Happy travelling!

So far it has been a busy September; last night we had another fantastic evening at LoungeD. Plaza Mayor was busy, as we welcomed friends and familiar faces, old and new. I have been surprised to see the change in vibe, from August to September, having not worked a full season yet in Spain. September is turning into a busy month for us and we are delighted to welcome you all through the doors. If you haven't paid us a visit yet, pop in and say hi!
