Sunrise each morning, start of a new day, a day closer to the world hopefully being a calmer place.

Each day there is still sunrise/sunset, the stars shine bright at night  and the flowers are still growing beautifully. I’m thankful for the people that still work, either in NHS, post, delivery and supermarkets but more personally thankful for my lovely family for making me smile even though we can not be in the same room in person at the moment. Their sense of humour, kindness and thoughtfulness makes it all little easier to cope with, same goes for my lovely friends. Thank goodness for technology, Internet, video and phone, and also forever thankful for the gifts of my constant loyal companions, my beautiful pets, I simply have no words but just -
