Jamie has discovered, after 23 years, that he is allergic to nuts. Yes after 23 years, he has discovered this fact. I'm
not quite sure, why this is the first time he has ever collapsed, after eating nuts, or whether he has even eaten nuts before, but yesterday evening he decided to have an allergic reaction to cashew nuts. We rushed to the pharmacia at the airport to grab some antihistermines, and although he felt quite ill, he was fine this morning. I spent the evening checking on Jamie, so all was well in the end.
Cats
Precious and Lily have settled in well at
Casa Caprice. Although the weather here was initially cold at night in January, which both cats hated, especially with no heating, the temperature has warmed up and they are both fine now.
Prescious has been to the vets after she fell off the balcony and damaged her legs. There was also a reaction with the rabies shot, before we left The UK. She is Okay now, still too far to be jumping over the solarium's of GA, but well enough, to be enjoying Spain!

Solarium
We are turning the solarium. on the roof terrace, into an outdoor bedroom for the summer. It does get extremely hot in the houses here in GA. During the summer months the heat can be unbearable, so with the extra space on the roof, we have begun to turn it into sleeping accommodation, as most people do here in the summer.
We have a lot of guests coming out this year and a relatively small house, so until we get a large villa, next January, this will be the ideal solution to lack of space and high temperatures. Just have to get the awning, before it is ready!
