​but also the British people and the values that most of us hold dear.  Not only is The Queen our Head of State, but she also works tirelessly for charity, brings continuity to our political system and is respected the World over.  She has never put a foot wrong, made comments when she shouldn't and is the glue that holds our Nation together.

90 Years

A very Happy Birthday to HM Queen Elizabeth II.  Queen Elizabeth, has reached many milestones during the longest reign on the British Throne. Turning the grand old age of 90, is another, in a long list of accomplishments, over her lifetime, as Queen.

Readers of all my blogs know my Royalist credentials.  I am a member of The British Monarchist League and have also written much about Her Majesty. For me, The Queen embodies everything that is great about, not only my home Country

Living in Spain, as an expat, I still feel it is important to remain British and loyal to the Crown.  My British identity is more important to me now, than it ever has been, and that is mainly due to HM The Queen, The Monarchy and the respect I have for The Royal Family. Congratulations on your 90th Birthday Ma'am.  May I wish you, many more to come!
