Lasagne!

Made a shed load of lasagne this afternoon.  I have learned to be a bit canny where food is concerned in Spain.  I cook in bulk and freeze the majority.  It is the most economical way to cook here.  It means we don't starve at least.  Now I am not working and writing full time, I can at least spend time making sure Jamie has a proper diet and eats healthy. Multitasking housewife me.  My time in Spain is turning out to be one of the happiest of my life.  Have so much to achieve and so little time to do it, but I know now, that I will complete everything I want to do!
