Friday!

Darrell has just left for Alicante, to be fingerprinted for his new Spanish ID card. In one months time, he should receive the new documentation, which will allow him to travel freely throughout Europe, without his Australian Passport. Thank God that process is nearly at an end, finally we can both get on with living again!

The cats are doing well after their operations, although Mollie has to go back to the vet at 5pm for a checkup, hopefully to have the cone removed from around her neck, which is driving her mad. With the temperature dropping dramatically at night, Mollie constantly wants to sleep inside the bed, despite the cone around her; uncomfortable for her and myself; a necessary hazard at the moment, especially as both of them have to be separated while sleeping, in case her stitches are removed by accident, a difficult task since they haven't ever been kept apart and cry for each other constantly!

As for me, well I am back to work this evening after having yesterday off. Life goes on as they say!
