Welcome To The World Thomas Power!

On Sunday 2 September 2018, my Cousin Emily gave birth to a baby boy, Thomas Eric Power. I would like to wish her and her partner Ben my fondest wishes at this special time. Emily and Ben will make fantastic parents and I am delighted for them both, Bringing a child into the World, must be a very special moment, one I have not been fortunate enough to experience myself.

Thomas weighed a healthy eight pounds and by all accounts my new Cousins birth was relatively straight forward. My Aunt was lucky enough to be at the birth and is as thrilled as all of us, at the new edition to our family!

Yesterday, three days after the birth, Emily arrived to show off her little boy to the family. Everyone took their turn holding Thomas, even me, unusual you may think, since I rarely hold babies, let alone one so young. Nevertheless it was an experience I shall cherish for a long time to come.

One again, congratulations to my Cousin Emily and Ben, I am thrilled for you both and wish you all the best for the future!
