So tonight was Andy's last evening in Spain, before he returns home to Britain tomorrow.  Jobs are few and far between here, so like my husband Darrell, he is going home to work, to fund his and Katies life in Gran Alacant.  It is a sad irony, that to enjoy the life you want, one partner has to live abroad to pay for some or all of it.  

I had a lovely, relaxing, chilled evening with them both and little Lexi.  We ate out at King's Pizza, at the GA Centro Comercial.  I had the paella, which was to die for.  In fact I would highly recommend the restaurant; the staff and service was also exceptional.  I will be back with Katie, for sure!  After a few drinks at Zest on the way home, I had a quick night cap, before leaving Andy and Katy to the rest of their evening!

After a final farewell tomorrow, that will be another friend, leaving Spain. I am actually finding that process a lot easier to deal with now.  It happens all the time.  You learn to live with it!
