Thursday!

A big thank you to Nigel, for his bottle of homemade chilli oil, given to me, on Tuesday, some of which I used today.

Like Nigel I am a fan of very hot and spicy food, so this went down very well. Nigel did tell me the brand of chillies he used, which I have forgotten, so if you read this Nige, please let me know!

Dinner this evening, was just like it used to be at school; a good old fashioned hearty if not healthy meal. I have always loved this kind of cooking; a bit like comfort food!
