Thursday!

Jean and Myra have gone out for the day. I have decided to stay at home and finish an article, I have been writing for a while. I have finally got a few hours free to do it.

Slept on the sofa bed last night, in the lounge.  It's a lot cooler down stairs; my back however is killing me.  It wasn't the 

Myra and Jean have just got back from Zest.  They had fish and chips.  Myra said it was bloody gorgeous. 

They have been trying to sort out the fallout from the situation with their holiday as well today.  To be honest, I think Myra was scammed. Somebody somewhere has Myra's money for nothing. I know My too well though and she will sort it out, she's like that; she never gives up.  There really are some rotten people in this World!

Just got back from the shop with Jean, had to buy some milk  and essential chocolate and stuff.  

best mattress to sleep on and with two cats sprawled all over me, I was lucky to get three hours sleep!

I've eaten out for the past three days, so I've decided to  cook something tonight; spag bol with chorizo and bacon. Doesn't taste too bad actually!

I am really enjoying cooking in Spain. In the UK, towards the end I rarely cooked, preferring instead, convenience foods bought from Tesco Express or ASDA. Things are very different here, you do not have access to 'easy cook' items
