Green Lentil Soup!

Yesterday I made some Green Lentil Soup! Darrell had bought some lentils whilst out shopping; yup I know, don't know what he was thinking either. Anyway the soup turned out great. The last time I ate the things, was when my Mother used to make lentil rissoles, which I never liked, so this was a leap into the unknown. Apparently green lentils hold their shape, better than other varieties, avoiding the mushiness you get with most; interesting fact for today!
