Took a two hour walk around El Clot De Galvany today, our local nature reserve. It was hot, very hot this morning; probably not the best weather for walking, nevertheless, it was a perfect, drama free time, even though my new sandals were rubbing; feet gushing with blood by the end!

Popped into Zest on the way home, for a well earned pint and lunch. Zest's new menus are out today, so it's well worth taking a look, the ploughmans was gorgeous!

Back home now, to watch the British election results tonight!
