All About Cheese - UK!

A big thank you to Paul and Michele Stokes for bringing me back some Cheddar from the UK, after their recent trip. I had a look online, just to see the equivalent euro price, sorry Paul and Michele; which is about 4,18€, for 350 grams.  I'm not sure if you can buy Cathedral City in Spain, but if you could, I am sure it would be a lot more expensive than 4,18€; after all, cheese does cost a lot more in Spain.

This is my cheese of choice, so thanks Paul and Michele; fabulous taste and texture, really tangy and flavoursome, the perfect British cheese!
